In the summer of 2026, the "Day of the Ox" during the "Doyo" period falls on Sunday, July 26.
The Day of the Ox during the Dog Days of Summer is coming up again this year.
As the heat intensifies this time of year, we hope you’ll recharge with some eel.
With that in mind, we are once again pleased to offer eel that our artisans have carefully grilled one by one this year.
This summer's "Doyo no Ushi no Hi" falls on the following dates.
